The Rare Resources project (formerly Fresh Steps) has developed a toolkit of information resources for families in Scotland who have received a diagnosis of a rare, genetic condition or who have an undiagnosed condition. The toolkit is a flexible resource with information and signposting to support services in Scotland.

Following 12 months of interviews and engagement with families and professionals across Scotland, the Rare Resources toolkit is ready. We are now looking for 100 families to join the Rare Resources project.

Why should you participate?

Receive one of the first 100 copies of the Rare Resources toolkit and access information on support services in Scotland
Get an invitation to attend a launch event for the resource and other related events
Meet other families and share your experiences
Test the toolkit and improve this resource for families across Scotland
Have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the project.
You can register here before 31 August 2018.
