Challenge and events

Genetic Alliance UK is a small and impactful charity with a mighty mission. Whether you want to run, cycle or bungee jump, by taking on a challenge and fundraising for us, you will help us support the 3.5 million people living with a rare condition in the UK. There’s so many events taking place across the country that you can sign up to. If you’re up for getting involved and supporting our work, THANK YOU!

We have partnered with Run for Charity to offer you a place at over 750 events across the UK – and a few abroad too. Wherever you are, whatever challenge you want to take on, there’s something for you. When registering for your chosen event, you will need to sign up under Genetic Alliance UK, but if you’d like to fundraise for the Rare Disease UK campaign or our family support network, SWAN UK, just let us know.

Want to host your own challenge? Get in touch and we will be able to support you. Please get in contact with our Senior Fundraising and Communications Officer, Matt and he’ll be more than happy to support you with your wonderful ideas.
