Webinar: governance for small patient organisations

From September 2018, organisations wishing to become members of Genetic Alliance UK have been asked to submit a copy of their organisation’s signed constitution or governing documents.
This requirement will be applied to all current members from 1 April 2019, when membership renewal takes place.
We understand that many of our members are small organisations and, therefore, they might not have those documents at the ready – and if you don’t have a governing document we are happy to advise and support you in developing one.
Jayne Spink, our Chief Executive, will be running a governance webinar on 21 November, at 11:00, to answer any questions and help you prepare for our new membership requirement. We would be grateful to receive a copy of your governing document below (if you have one) so that we can better design the content of our webinar.
