Surveys are a useful tool to gain understanding of your patients’ and families’ experiences, thoughts, opinions, and feedback. Surveys are also critical in measuring the impact of your organisation, so that you can secure funds and report back to funders.
We recognise the importance of research and surveys to the success of our members, and as such we are running a workshop on 12 December in London, on the best practice when creating and implementing surveys.
In this workshop our research team and one of our members will take you through the steps of designing, running and analysing the data, with examples of surveys such as member satisfaction and research. The workshop will include presentations, case studies and a practical activity, to enable you to effectively develop your own surveys.
