Seeking a Rare Diagnosis

These Seeking a Rare Diagnosis (SARD) resources have been created to support individuals and families on their journey to diagnosis. Once they are diagnosed it will signpost them quickly to our member organisations and other sources of support so that they can access the vital specialist information and advice that is available for their specific condition.

Our goal in producing this information is to make people feel better supported on their journey towards a diagnosis, and to ensure that they can access specialist advice and support as soon as possible after diagnosis.

The information on each page is also available to download as leaflets.
